Thermal Imaging as a Standandard.

With thermal imaging as standard on all our reports we can detect moisture, heat and cold problems. We use the Flir infared camera With its crisp, 19,200 pixel detector and ±2% accuracy. FLIR utilises a unique MSX that adds key details from the onboard visible light camera to the entire infrared image in real time. The result: an all-in-one, undiluted thermal picture with visible light features that lets us instantly recognize where the problematic heat pattern is. MSX is real time so we can see its results immediately in the camera's LCD.

Advanced Moisture detection as standard.

We use only industry leading Tramex moisture metres on our Inspections with Dual-Depth penetration this allows for comparative of surface and core moisture and elimination of substrate influence on the testing of coverings.

The Tramex has Deep signal penetration, up to 1 1⁄4" (30mm) in wood and drywall, detects elevated moisture through most covering materials without having to damage or puncture the materials being tested.

It also has a Shallow Depth scale is designed to have a field penetration of up to 10mm (0.4 inches).

The Tramex has Wide range of readings from 5% to 30% on Wood Scale and 0 to 100 on comparative scale for all other materials.

We can detect moisture through paint, wallpaper, plasterboard, ceramic tiles, floor coverings, wood, ceiling tiles, roofing membranes, and asphalt composition shingles.
