As Australia and the rest of world are in the grips of the greatest battle of a gerneration please be ensured here at Accredited building inspections we take the matter very seriously and have all our staff up to date with latest hygine and infection control proceedures during our Pre Purchase building and pest and Handover Inspections. All our inspectors on the Gold Coast, Brisbane , Granite belt and Sunshine Coast are equipt with gloves, masks if needed and sanitizing products.
We have impletmented following proceedures on our inspections:
- Social distancing of minimum 1.5m
- Inspectors will sanitize hands before and after every inspection
- All inspectors directly employed by Accredited building inscpections will wear gloves on inspections until further notice
- No Inspector shall attend site if feeling unwell
- Where possible inspections will be carried out with vacant or minimal residents attending
- All instrumentation to be sanitized before and after every inspection
